We assess your project to see if it’s a good fit for both of us. We acknowledge that we cannot do all the work out there and in today’s retail world, time cannot be wasted! Once it’s establish that we are a good fit, we will carefully prepare a proposal for you and make any recommendations of value engineering or cost saving measures up front. If we are successful in winning your business we will provide a full set of shop drawings for your approval. If your project is an ongoing rollout program, we can provide you with a full fixture manual consisting of all shop drawings, material callouts, and product cut sheets. A dedicated Project Manager will be assigned to your account; this person will be your direct contact throughout the entire process. Once you have approved the shop drawings, we will utilize state-of-the-art software to program all the components for manufacturing.
